Bieber Has a Crisis of Confidence; Chinese Consultant Needs Advice

Bieber Instagrams How Amazing He Is. Then Deletes It.

Despite a rough few months for pop prodigy Justin Bieber, it appears that he’s not down and out just yet – indeed, he apparently has a very high opinion of himself.

The 19-year old posted a remarkable rant on social network Instagram this week, then perhaps thought better of it, deleting it just minutes later.

Naturally given the millions of Beliebers that hang on his every word, there were plenty of copies of the post saved for us to browse at our leisure.

Reading it, it swiftly becomes clear why the young Canadian wanted to delete the 200-word rant.

“Everyone in my team has been telling me, ‘keep the press happy’ but I’m tired of all the countless lies in the press right now,” he wrote in one short extract.

“[I’m] 19 and I’ve accomplished more than I could’ve ever dreamed of, i’m 19 and it must be scary to some people to think that this is just the beginning. I know my talent level.”

Scary indeed… But he hadn’t finished just yet:

“And to those comparing me to Lindsey Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements ;)”

Chinese Political Advisor Could Use Some Advice

A key advisor to several prominent politicians in China has been suspended from his duties, after an astonishing video was posted online showing him smashing up computers and other equipment at a boarding gate when he missed his flight.

Yan Linkun, a figure in the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Yunnan province, apparently lost his temper after his family missed not one but two flights in the same day.

Airport authorities said that his family had checked in at 10:30 am for an 11:05 am flight. Rather than board immediately, they went for breakfast before returning 20 minutes ahead of departure when they were told that the flight was already closed.

Booking the next flight at 1pm, they managed to turn up even later, just 15 minutes before departure, and were again refused. This was too much for Yan as the five-minute video shows – much to the crowd’s delight.
