In a controversial move, PAS has fired its former deputy president Nasharudin Mat Isa from its governing council in the wake of his trip with PM Najib to Gaza. The party subsequently also dropped him as a candidate for GE13, with spiritual leader Nik Aziz saying Nasha “can be considered history” and that he’s free to join other parties.
